PLEASE NOTE 

  • All International orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. ​
  • Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.
  • If the Customer does not receive the parcel within 10 calendar days from the moment of arrival in the destination country, the parcel will be disposed of by the default carrier without a refund.
  • We have the right to reserve the opportunity to cancel an order at any stage of its execution. In cases of order cancellation at the initiative of the brand, the cost of the order is returned in full.
  • All orders are shipped from Russian Federation
  • Free shipping over 900 EUR

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 1-10 business days.

For pre-orders: 1-20 business days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse.​

TRACKING NUMBER

After sending the parcel, we will send tracking number to your email address. 

If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking number from us, please check Spam folder or contact customer support at sale@patroncashmere.com .

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged.
